This gorgeous 100% cotton ballerina smocking - mock smock - has factory finished seams on the top and bottom - the length from top to bottom is 20.5" and the gathered elastic smocking at top is 5.5" tall with a drape/dress length of 15". This is perfect fro a quick girls dress or skirt, as you only need to sew 1 seam - see below for the design
