Processing Times

CHRISTMAS CLOSURE DATES - Our website is open 24/7 during our holiday break to place orders.Our warehouse is closed for dispatching orders and will reopen 6/1/25. All orders placed during this time and will start dispatching once we re open in the New Year. We appreciate your patience.

You can view estimated delivery dates via Australia Post here. International deliveries are seeing some delays, please allow up to 14 working days for standard delivery. There are also current suspensions in place to various countries which results in packages being on hold until respective governments provide the go-ahead for postage. To ensure you are aware of the status of your country, please check the Australia Post Web Updates here prior to ordering. Please note, Non Australian customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that are payable to customs in their own country.

✂ How are fabrics sold?

All our items are listed in units. We are in Australia and sell in metric. There is a measurement guide for fabric in every listing and can be viewed by scrolling down to description. This guide will explain exactly how each item is sold. Please review the description for all relevant information prior to purchasing. You can use this link to convert measurements

✂ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Afterpay(minimum $50), Zippay(minimum $50), Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank Deposit and Layby for Australian Buyers. Paypal/Credit Card only for international buyers. We can also process credit card payments over the phone. If you would like to do this, place your order, choose bank deposit as payment method and phone 0434674651 - we have a voicemail if we do not answer where you can leave details ( number, exp date and CVV).

✂ How do Pre Orders Work?

All orders placed that include pre ordered fabrics will be held and shipped all together once the pre order arrives.If you need any of the instock fabrics earlier ordered, please contact us we will organise a seperate postage invoice.

✂ Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes we ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are displayed on each listing and there is an estimator for quantities.

✂ Do you offer flat rate postage?

Yes we certainly do for Australian buyers. We offer a flat rate of $15 for as much as you want to purchase - less for smaller amounts.

✂ Do you have a returns / cancellation policy?

Yes. Please contact us to arrange any returns/cancellations. There is a 30% fee for refunding due to change of mind on a received order. This amount will be deducted once order is received back to our warehouse via fully tracked postage, and balance added to your account as a credit for future orders. For cancelled orders, that have not already been processed, there is an 6% fee for credit cards/paypal and 8% fee for zip/after pay, which will be deducted and the remaining balance added to your account as a credit for future orders. If order has already been cut/processed a 30% fee applies. Patterns are non refundable.

✂ Have an issue with an order?

Claims need to be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. An email with details of the issue , including photos, needs to be emailed to theozmaterialgirls@gmail.com. Claims will not be accepted after the 7 day period of receipt or order.
